Yarn count, twist, dip count and weave trialled against your reference. Three variants woven at a metre each, returned with test data.
Private-Label Weaving

Your construction, your selvedge ID thread, your roll ticket. Held on our looms with a reserved beam slot each season.
Dye Programmes
染
Natural sukumo indigo, synthetic indigo, sulphur black and over-dye. Shade cards built and archived per customer.
Finishing Routes
仕上
Sanforizing, skewing, one-wash, singeing and mercerising, specified per order rather than per catalogue.
